6. Purchase of Services

By purchasing any coaching, mentoring, programme, or digital product, you agree to the terms in this section and the Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

6.1 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services.
6.2 You agree to provide accurate information when booking or purchasing.
6.3 We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

 

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 Coaching & Mentoring Sessions

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non‑refundable.
  • Missed sessions (“no‑shows”) are non‑refundable.
  • Late arrivals do not extend the session time.

7.2 Programmes, Packages & Multi‑Session Blocks

Cooling‑Off Period

If purchased online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase provided no sessions have taken place and no personalised work has begun.

If any part of the service has been delivered, the refund will be reduced to reflect the value of the work already completed.

Once Started

After the programme begins, it becomes non‑refundable, except where required by law.

7.3 Digital Products

Digital products (e‑books, downloads, templates) are delivered instantly.
All digital product sales are final and non‑refundable, in accordance with UK consumer law for instant digital content.

7.4 Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund for that session or the unused portion of a package.

7.5 Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our discretion, offer refunds or rescheduling in cases of serious unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, bereavement).

7.6 How to Request a Refund

  • your name
  • date of purchase
  • service or product purchased
  • reason for your request

We aim to respond within 5 working days.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

  • indirect or consequential loss
  • loss of income, profits, or business
  • loss of data
  • reliance on Website information

8.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
